Dispatch Time
Our orders are dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed. Working days are defined as Mon-Fri, excluding Public Holidays.
In some cases dispatching an order within 1 working day of the order being placed, may not be possible due to stock shortages or problems with the order. Customers are made aware of the situation immediately via email.
Delivery Method
U.K. orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and are delivered within 2-3 working days.
A few of our larger items are sent by DHL who also have a delivery aim of between 2-3 days.
Packaging
At Barmy Gifts UK we understand the importance of discretion and your privacy and guarantee that all orders are discretely and securely packaged in plain, opaque wrapping that makes it impossible for anyone else to detect the contents.
The return address label will show: Barmy Gifts UK, P.O. Box 51, Morden, SM4 4WZ, which again gives no indication as to the content of your delivery.
Returns
You may cancel an order within seven days and return the item(s) to us for a refund or exchange for alternative goods, subject to the following:
a) The item must be unused and where supplied in sealed packaging, the packaging must be intact.
b) The item must be in a resalable condition which includes the packaging being undamaged.
c) Please email us at barmy.gifts@gmail.com for a returns number in order that we may process the return quickly.
d) Care should be taken to package the item so as to ensure safe delivery (preferably in the original wrapping/box).
e) The item must be returned to: NAB Trading (returns), P.O. Box 51, Morden, SM4 4WZ. Quoting the returns number within seven days. Please ensure that you obtain a certificate of posting.
f) Upon safe receipt of the item we will make a refund (less postage and packing charges) within three working days.
For reasons of hygiene, returns of adult toys, creams, lubricants, massage oils condoms and underwear cannot be made once they have been opened.
Defective Items
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE INSERTED ANY BATTERIES IN THE CORRECT ORDER AND PROPERLY AND THAT THE BATTERIES ARE OF THE CORRECT TYPE.
Most defective items turn out to have had either wrong batteries or they had been inserted incorrectly - Please check carefully before returning an item as defective.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective, please email us for a returns number within 30 days of purchase at barmy.gifts@gmail.com.
If the item has been used, please clean it and include a note explaining what the fault is.
Package the item along with all accessories, manuals and instructions and send to: NAB Trading (returns), Box 51, Morden, SM4 4WZ.
A certificate of posting should be obtained in every case.
Upon safe receipt of the item, we will test it and either forward a replacement or offer a refund within seven days. If the item is not found to be faulty, we will return it to you.
Goods Returned Undelivered
Where an item is returned to us by the Royal Mail or other carrier because delivery could not be made and the customer has not responded to their requests for collection from depot, or to arrange another delivery date, we will make a charge of £5.95 to cover extra postage and handling costs.
A similar charge will be made where an order is returned due to incorrect address / delivery information being given by the customer at point of checkout.
Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
